I’ve pushed my best friend away

I’ve really struggled with my emotions lately and as a result I started over thinking and took my anxiety out on my best friend. We’ve fallen out and I think I’ve pushed her too far away 😞

I have tried to apologise and explain but she won’t even look at my messages and I’m at a loss at what else to do because I really want her back in my life. I feel so sick and the worry is causing me to not be able to eat or sleep

Shes one of the only friends I’ve really got

Hello!

I’m very sorry that you and your friend have had a falling out.

Sometimes our emotions can overpower us.

It’s okay to have a moment of weakness.

I hope you two can work it out soon.

Sending you the biggest hug<3 ✨💛

It's ok it's not your fault sometimes we need time alone and some space which is healthy especially when you're going though somthing like this. It's not like you purposefully pushed her away If shetrly cares about you she would understand and give you some space if you tell her you need it. If shes intentionally ignoring you then I would ask her why. And I would explain that you dont mean any of this and it's nothing personal. Have you tried calling her? If she keeps digging phone calls I think you should just give it some time wait fr her to contact you back . I hope all goes well and things work out 💜
