I've been struggling with Depression and anxiety and vasovagal syncope and it's been a tough road. I'm hoping to find support, connection, and understanding here. Just wanted to reach out to say you're not alone. I'm 26 F in the UK and I have also struggled with vasovagal syncope for a lot of my life. It made friendships really difficult for me growing up. I can't imagine how difficult it must be to be working through depression, anxiety and that, but you've done so well coming on here and sharing your story. I'm still new to here so not sure how to connect with people but please reach out if you want to have a chat ♥️
