Okay so I genuinely don’t know how people talk here, make friends, post properly or even start conversations 😭
Maybe I’m doing this wrong already but anyway…
I’m 18 and just looking for genuine people with good vibes. Someone funny, understanding, emotionally mature and easy to talk to. I overthink a lot sometimes, so having someone who can listen, motivate me a little and make me feel less alone would actually mean a lot.
Also if anyone wants to explain how this app works and how people even make friends here, please help because I’m clearly confused 😭

There's various filters you can use - gender, country, topic, etc.
And i want someone who can motivate me , scold me . So how do i ?
A good start might be the icebreakers and games section, you can just join in and add your responses, it might take the pressure off you.
It's a relaxing atmosphere and when you're more comfortable you can post your own but you don't have too :)

Hi. Making friends here is if you get along with you're listener, maybe some can be you're friends by time, and other thing that I don't think you could get directly be friends with someone here, like who aren't a listener here can't have a personal chat with you like only listeners can. I knew little and it's my experience, otherwise I also don't know how you make friends here.
About want someone as you're friend, I'd like to be you're friend, if you like of course.

Hiii! You are not alone. A lot of people are navigating thru this app too looking for connections. It may be hard because some people may not be on the same page or people are going through something to even have the full or enough capacity to listen to others while theyre having problems. Making friends is a challenge indeed especially if you can’t seem to find people irl who is willing to be your friend. I am as well navigating through this app and making connections as well as escaping through the reality that others can’t seem to relate to.
