i overcame the fear of crowded spaces!

The challenge I have overcome is understanding that regret doesn't change the past, and anxiety can't change the future. I take this into account each time I struggle with something and understand that the difference I can make is right now.

One challenge that I have overcome is my intense fear of public speaking. I used to barely be able to speak to people one on one and although I do still struggle with talking to people whether it be one on one or in groups, my fear has definitely lessened. I did this by joining student leadership, this meant that I had to talk in groups with people and I also had to talk in front of my whole school at some points! After doing it so many times my fear decreased. I still have it, most definitely, but baby steps!

I have been overcoming challenges with my eating disorder and my self-harm urges as my boyfriend is away

Fear of failing my GCSEs! I studied hard, did my best in every exam, and I came out a few months later with an award. Hard work always pays off!
Challenging myself to become more confident in who I am and staying true to my values :)
@Tazzie I overcame my habit of overthinking...I always used to have second thoughts about my decisions, which made me feel overwhelmed and anxious. There finally came a time when I addressed this problem and thought about improving my lifestyle. I did this by reconstructing my thoughts, being there in the moment and if needed, distracting myself.
I have overcome my fear of letting go. This is still in work in progress and I may have my bad days. Baby steps are something though. I need to remember to recognize all accomplishments, big or small. :)

i haven't *fully* overcome it but one thing i'm afraid of is driving, but i was able to drive my family to go visit my extended family that lives a few hours away! so that's encouraging to me.
My fear of driving! I'll get over my fear by driving more often and remembering to breathe when i start to panic.
