One Little Change…
If you could go back in time and make a minor change in your childhood, what is one thing you’d learn, so you could be an expert at it today?
@jesusredeemedme2425
Expressing feelings xD maybe!
How about you?
Learning to do drumming <3
@jesusredeemedme2425 Learning how to talk to people (without running them off, confusing them, making them feel awkward, making them mad, etc.). 🧐
Dudeeee i feel that. <3
@jesusredeemedme2425 The struggle of pretending to be human is real! 👽
@PiecesOfWhoeverIWas
Aww it is.👽
So perhaps we can try more learning, more-er (is that a word lol xD) accepting and less pretending and less-er judging?💛
In alien language, "I'm super proud of youuu for recognizing what could've impacted your life differently, and I believe in you for wanting to try and give it your best in learning, because yes, 'now' is a good enough time to learn what's needed and unlearn what no longer benefits you in anyway. It's indeed always okie to take your time and be at your pace, just because someone else seems to know or do better than us doesn't have to discount for our efforts and diligence, all on their own paths, each one acing it in their own way. Much love and warm regards your way"- fellow 👽 trying to do their best (most times) to practice what they just said here also hehe!💖
@Sunisshiningandsoareyou I hear you. I do struggle with these things. I definitely dig the learning, I’m always trying to find some new article or book until my head spins. Still trying to master putting the skills I learn into practice, I think maybe I execute them the wrong way? Then I get discouraged. Being more accepting is a challenge, because I think I’ve accepted too much of what I shouldn’t have, and allowed myself to be treated badly by many people. This has possibly led to me being a little too judging now, expecting people to be perfect? I don’t mean that I demand things of them, but if they scare me in the smallest ways I will run. The pretending, I think it’s the opposite me being too vulnerable sharing that creates the awkwardness, discomfort, or making them mad. Sometimes I think I need to be better at hiding my feelings. Is this similar for you? I may have misunderstood.
good work ethic 😭 i swear i have to cram all of that it in right now
Courage. I would learn the courage to stand against & subdue the adversaries I'd run into throughout my childhood, teenage & young adult years. If there's anything I needed to learn at an early age...
