@Kearston That's a great goal to have! I don't know what specifically you're going through, but I recommend looking at the self-help guides 7cups has under "Path." It's got plenty of topics to choose from and they offer exercises and recommend coping skills to try out. I hope this recommendation ends up being useful to you, in some way. All the best. <3
