In one on one situations I become like a dull bronze reflection of the other person, obviously a reflection but still deferent enough to seem natural. In group situations I become either very loud or very shy and quiet, but most of the time in groups I become like a lost puppy and follow the person I know/like best. It actually annoys a lot of people when I turn lost puppy mode so I have been working on it but I doubt it will ever fully change. Also if I am tired enough and feel comfortable enough to not shut down into a deadpan box I'll go full crazy drama queen and funny farm level laughing.
So I think shy or nerd fits me best? What do y'all think from your experience on here?

@7Bear7 I totally get the dull bronze reflection mode — honestly... I think most people mirror each other in subtle ways especially in friendships. It’s just a human thing... a psychological thing. I mirror people I like too without even realising it sometimes. And for the record, I love lost puppy friends. I actually have one and I’ve taken on the proud role of puppy protector. I don’t find it annoying at all — I think it’s endearing, sweet even. Now, full crazy drama queen and funny farm level laughing? I feel like I haven’t unlocked that level yet. I’ve never seen Bear in drama queen mode and now I’m intrigued.
You honestly didn’t come across as shy to me at all — you were the one who initiated our penpal chats and shared so openly. If anything, you’ve always struck me as passionate, enthusiastic, and incredibly considerate. Kind hearted and loyal too. Very grounded in your values, family oriented, and there’s this beautiful thread of Christian integrity running through how you carry yourself.
But what I really love is the contrast — like... youve got these “manly” hobbies but you’re also so soft and vulnerable in unexpected ways. Brave and strong, yes, but never in a way that hurts people — more like in a protective, steady way. A good friend. A great listener.

For I have had emoji text wars with my sisters and cousins where thousands, if not hundreds of thousands emojis were sent back and forth MANUALLY!!!!!!! Mmhuaaahahhiahhahahhah
PS I also every once and a great while break out into fits of uncontrollable giggles that aren't like I am laughing at something funny but sound like a lunatic on a swing for the first time in centurys, so to say my mental state is. . . . . . . . . Operational! ;)
