@sadcat13 do I get to know about them first? Maybe the alien doesn't have eyes or ears or maybe they're body shape is completely different to humans, there's a lot of factors to consider in choosing something, like if they can see more colours than us then I might show them flowers and birds. It depends on what they have on their planet too, I wouldn't want to bore them.

That's the whole point, testing intelligence. If it can't solve it's probably not a big threat I have to worry about. If it does solve it but it takes some time, I sleeping with one eye open. If it solves it in like a second or a minute I am dipping.
