Kabobs are something I do well. My grill makes short work of them...ready in under 12 minutes! It's amazing what you can do with nothing more than a bed of live coals & something to put the kabobs on.

I got all of you covered, however looking at the meat tray I think it is going to be to tough to chew. How about some Babyback Ribs soaked in the sauce of your choice, Cooked slow and tender the meat just falls off the bone. My neighbor has a rooster I can wait till night and climb his fence and have that bird ready by the time you all get here.😂😂😂😂
