thank you for asking we was not on most the weekend
we have a stomach thing called Gastroparesis is a condition in which the muscles in the stomach don't move food as they should for it to be digested.
so due to the muscles not working right we can get sick were we even can puke from this so we must have either eat something did not agree with it or eat to much was feeling sick most the weekend is better today the hard is we never know when this will effected us or how badly so it can be very hard like fibers from foods can really be bad were they good for most people so we not to eat uncooked veggies or like peelings on fruits or even like whole grain foods like wheat breads as they already move slowly through stomach so it also learning what we can and can not eat

thank you seem due to the fibro and 2 types of nephropathy every nerve in our body effected so that even part of what going on with stomach too been living with many health issues for many many years as we age things getting worst but we not giving up hope either even living in high 24/7 pain still we find a lot to do and love helping others too
