What's one (or more) word(s) you overuse?
I definitely go through phases 😅 Lately it's "especially" — I can't seem to keep it out of my posts!
Or if you'd prefer: what's a word you have a habit of using incorrectly?

In my language there is this sentence " Esmo eh dah" that I literally use whenever I open my mouth to talk😅
It's used when you try to remember what you wanted to say in the first place or the name of something ( I'm throwing shade at my useless memory help-)
As for English, I guess the word "like" when I try to explain something and use it (and it turns out overexplained than I tend to with the lots of "like" I use😅)

I don't really use any single words too much I don't think. What comes to mind is a phrase I've used for ages.
New amazing restaurant opens? Are you serious. Something horrible happens? Are you serious. Usually I'm delighted/incredulous.
If someone has a cute dog? Are they serious. I see myself looking haggard in the morning. Am I serious. It's my Swiss army knife of phrases.
