What was your favourite breakfast growing up?
For me I had a few, pancakes were always lush, but not something I wanted regularly. Soft egg and soldiers, dippable toast pieces was fun to eat. (Funny now I prefer crispy fried eggs, can't stand soft)..
My version of the fillet o fish burger was what I often consumed, toasted bagel, cheese, marmite, cod fish fingers and to finish it off a quick microwave until the cheese was gushing out the top, ha.
But recently I found some oaty nutty clustery granola which I also became obsessed with, slavered in yoghurt, love it 😋
Onhhhh, this is easy! Growing up, my favorite was fried spam with Tabasco on it, white rice with a bit of Kikkoman soy sauce on it, 2 over easy yolky eggs placed right over my rice, and a squirt of ketchup on the side to dip my spam in with even more Tabasco. 😋 Ohhhhh man, I'm so hungry now.
Also, I can't forget my Dad's fried rice. Loved it!

As a kid— it was bagels and cinnamon buns. If we had those for breakfast, it was such a special treat!!
Sometimes we would have breakfast for dinner. It would be French toast with bacon. I would always gobble it down!
Breakfast is one of my favorite meals. I’ll eat for breakfast lunch or dinner! It’s like a comfort food for me as an adult.

I also like a bowl of rice Krispies, listening intently to the popping, to try and figure out what secret messages were being conveyed 😂

@Amanda84 I bet you're like gonzo and like alphabet soup, conjuring the bowl to speakkk. I did used to love Ready Brek porridge but probably because I dumped a whole load of sugar. I think that's I stopped eating cereal, too much happiness lol

On Sundays, my parents used to cook a full english breakfast, I remember waking up to the smells of fried eggs and sizzling mushrooms and hash. I used to love coffee and buttered brown toast in the mornings, some days we would get biscotti and that was a delight.
