The most dramatic? propose to someone else right in the middle of the party, totally hijacking the spotlight.
The evilest? convince everyone the birthday person’s name is actually “Kevin” (or something equally off) and get the whole room to sing Happy Birthday, dear Kevin… Bonus point if you swap the age candle on the cake to a random number.
or if you really want chaos? file a noise complaint.
