There are forums, chatrooms, peer support listeners, and a series of therapy exercises called a "path" to work on. I find the entire thing very helpful. My therapist was out for maternity leave for a while and I was left without support for weeks, when I found this place. It helped me cope until she came back. I finally get to see her again next week!
