Lola, 💗 here's a heart for friendship. I know this is a tough time for you and guess what your not alone . I too have incredible struggles and this time of year is so difficult. It's freezing here in the teens for temps with snow and ice. Everyone seems to be sick with flu . 

Your going to be ok you have incredible supporters here. You have 100s of friends here that care so much about you. There's a lot of love flowing your way ❤️😙.

This month will pass and we will see changes in weather and daylight. The sun will come out and warm us all up.

I think asking for help is one of the most bravest things you can do. I don't know you but the fact that you have the courage and self awareness to ask for help already makes you super awesome in my book! 

The dark days helps us appreciate the bright ones so much more and it even helps us be an inspiration to some else by sharing our experiences and letting them know that they are not alone. 

So my encouragement to you is to hang in there but not by yourself, you are surrounded by so many people who have been through/going through that similar feeling so you're not alone. The seasons change and very soon things may feel different, until then, keep holding on and keep being your awesome self.

Idk if you remember me but just looking at how you help people and how compassionate you are, you are truly a very nice person and I saw you mention somewhere I was just looking at like right now which said that you cant stop talking like meaning you talk a lot, believe me I love to be around people who talk a lot just like you💖.
