You know.....you bring up a very good point!!! 😊 ❤️ See, I was thinking yesterday.....can I have the cobble house (love it) with the tree house in the back yard? Seems to be asking for a lot though.
Trying to live in the tree house long term, well....yes, could bring with it some challenges, as beautiful as it is. Just like you said, the worry of falling out of it. 😳
Just imagine, we invite guests over for dinner and drinks. Some might get a bit carried away, get a little too "drunkie" 🤣 They fall out the tree house, slip into the waterfall and I'm like "Non Gen, darn it, another one! Can you go fish the house guest out of that mess"? 😮 Drats!
I vote for Cobble house with the tree house hidden way out back where it can't even be seen by house guests. Smh, home owners insurance. Nothing wrong with a peaceful hide away! 🤩

@SparkyGizmo Yeah like if someone fell I'd hope they'd dive for the lake there because others not so good lol though you could make a pretty wicked waterslide off the deck to the water for summer time.
Yes the cobble ones a pretty solid choice, and it seems to come with plenty of land to build a treehouse on later.
And yes I heard somewhere treehouses don't last so long like a normal ground house because trees keep growing and changing so they might last 20 years, a wood house might last a hundred or two, but a stone house could last almost forever.
So there's a lot to consider. Course it is all just for fun anyway lol.
