Feels like everyday I'm stuck in the same loop, and I'm so ashamed to even admit it.. I feel so fake for not keeping up with my own words... I keep losing trust on myself. Feels like I haven't changed at all sometimes 😔 keep relapsing... it has become a daily thing.. and feels like I'm not putting in enough effort on it at all... Like I don't even care.. idk what's wrong with me, so messed up... And just a weirdo.
I also feel lonely and so bored... It's a trigger, but all feels like excuses. Idk when I'll feel normal and not fake again.
