March is World Thrombosis Awareness month and after my personal struggles with thrombosis I couldn't let the month pass without making an awareness post about it. I would encourage everyone to maybe just spend a few minutes looking through your social media channels at #BloodClotAwarenessMonth posts. I hope that you might take notice of the need to keep active and hydrated to minimise the risk.
