I am a night owl and there does not seem to be many people online when I am. I have tried using the chat bot, but I always get an error that something has gone wrong - try again later.
How can we utilize a tool, if it does not work?

I saw somewhere that the chat bot is temporarily offline as they are doing a big bunch of updates, but that it should be back after a while. It didn't say how long exactly.
