Christmas Time Check in

Hey everyone,

I'm not very well right now, and it isn't like me to be absent, I'm usually someone who fights through illness but I wanted to make a contribution to the community.

Christmas Day is a day for families, togetherness, love, care, affection and support.

It is a day where some people have a great day and is full of lots of fun, jokes and laughter.

It isn't that way for everyone, and we have no negativity at Cups!

Some people find this time of year sad, heartbreaking and triggering as well as many other emotions and feelings they experience through no fault of their own.

I am going to have a chat with Obs about this idea shortly too, but this Christmas Day, I'd like to do a Christmas Day Party Circle.

Anyone at all that isn't feeling happy this Christmas, or doesn't have someone to spend it with, you'll be invited!
