Difficulty asking for help

I just don't know how to ask for big help. I mean, yes, I'm good at boundary setting, and clear communication and directly asking for little things. But things like huge acceptance, talking deeply when I feel low and other stuff is hard for me. It's so so hard and I don't even know why

I'm about to cry.. I just feel so pulled back on my healing journey and I didn't realise this before..when on my healing journey I asked for help, and yes I received it. But never in the way I wanted even after so much communication tell my parents I need someone to hold me tight and listen only listen yet I get fruitless advice I tell my ex best friend she constantly *** about the ppl who hurt me when all I need is someone to listen. And accept. And rlly look me in the eye and say "this was so hard. I'm so sorry ur going thru this. U didn't deserve any of this" rather than accepting all sorts of horrible pain as facts of life and just not reacting much whenever I share something. In forethought it might seem like I'm not taking accountability or expecting too much. I'm not sure about that. But I'm here coz I'm hurting and feel like I can share with no one. Yes we share, and are authentic, but am I truly FEELING that I'm actually sharing what I'm feeling? I want someone to truly know me. Yes, I have many times said these comforting words to myself, heard myself out. But these days I'm not even able to cry if I want to (not that I need to much) but still. And it just sucks idk where I suddenly developed this stigma. A few months earlier, when I was in so much pain, crying and asking for help seemed easier. Now asking for things like these feels, idk like something else only..here I can still share bcoz I know only ppl who rlly are comfortable with helping will help.

I am really sorry that you feel this way.

Asking for help or understanding and getting something else would shut most people down. people often offer advice thinking they are helping.

I am sharing my perspective but not a downplay on your situation.

In my world opening up and asking for help or someone to really listen has slowly rolled back or stopped. Why because like you, I had advice or feedback that was frustrating. I had to take time to step back and review.  Often the advice is either not relevant or sometimes simply something I do not want to hear or do, so I reject it.

My issues were small compared to other big things ...I get that.......... but the volume of the small things added up and were a weight I could not carry.  I find far too many situations, people simply do not understand until it hits home to them........ and then they want my understanding and support and to discuss.
