I know you feel bad about what you did but ultimately at the time wrongly or rightly, you thought you were doing the right thing!

You were going through a tough time and you didn't think you deserved his love, but you do deserve love, and to be happy and safe and you deserve to forgive yourself and move forward. Holding onto this only makes things worse!

I'm sorry for what happened and I know it's incredibly painful. But please, I know this is going to be very difficult to do and it's for your own sake and everyone else's,

but please don't abandon yourself completely. It's going to hurt everyone, not just him, your friends, but also your family. The more you abandon yourself, the more it will continue to hurt, the more you'll lose yourself. And no one wants that, including yourself.

Please give yourself some grace, please forgive yourself. Your friend forgives you because they want you to forgive yourself.

But at the same time, I'll be blunt: no matter how much you wish you're another person, you'll only be you, no one else can replace you ever. But in order to do that, you can start building and loving yourself little by little. Part of yourself is broken because of what happened, but it's time for you to meet new opportunities and things outside of the event lil by lil.

Even writing a journal or cleaning a room helps. But most of all, believe and trust yourself. Have faith in yourself.

I can hear how heavy this guilt feels for you, and how much you’re carrying alone 💔. It makes sense that you’re struggling to forgive yourself—when we care deeply, we often hold ourselves to impossible standards. The fact that your friends have forgiven you says a lot about your worth and the love people still have for you 🌿.

What you went through in your relationship doesn’t erase your value or mean you’re undeserving of love. You were trying to protect in the only way you knew how, even if it didn’t turn out the way you hoped 💙. That doesn’t make you “bad,” it makes you human—hurting, learning, and growing.

I know the pain you’re feeling is overwhelming right now, and I hear how much it’s affecting you. Please be gentle with yourself in these moments 🤍. The fact that you’re sharing this shows so much strength—you’re not alone in this, even if it feels that way right now 🌸.
