i tend to write poetically so please do change any of it.

I know life can take us down. I know life can bite us and we tend to frown. we pull and we drag our pain and our doubt. I know it hurts so bad and it all feels messy. But I have to say something......

When kindness doesnt cost us a penny.

When love can take us to friendships and family.

When we can speak the language of kindness and let the words flow out.

So why aren't we kind? And live in a world of doubt.

The person sitting next to you may be going through ***.

So stop the torment and the doubt.

Stop.

Because one day you will realise the importance of kindness.

You can still be brave and beautiful and bold.

But stepping on the necks of others with words and actions.

They scar. They bleed. They hurt so bad.

So be kind to yourself.

Be kind to others.

Maybe we are fighting our own battles.

But if we cheer each other on.

Maybe we can be humanity.

And maybe not everyone in the world is kind....

neither does the world treat us kindly.

but humanity is not humanity without kindness.

kindness can kill pain and doubt.

show compassion and love.

Because only we need to see change.

Hate didnt solve one problem in the world.

Disrespect didnt solve one problem in the world.

because the person behind you needs it.

so does the person on the right and left.

someone needs encouragement and love.

so change the world.

it can change the world.
