Going through it
Hi! I am really going through it with my family, my marriage and my highly stressful job! Suffering from anxiety, slight depression, addictive behaviors and feeling less that worthy, unwanted, walked over, not loved and convenient to others. Nice to meet everyone. Must looking for general support and to feel better. 🫶🏼
@emotionalPenguin4374 I understand how you feel. my family is going through it too, and I suffer from anxiety and depression as well. I recently started a medication to help with that though. first of all, I want to tell you that you deserve love. we might be similar when it comes to severe self blame, and feeling like a burden to everyone. the moment you begin to learn to love yourself, your quality of life will really improve I promise you. I know its hard. you look in the mirror each day and see every flaw. you remember every scaring mistake that's hurt other people. you know every dark secret. you gotta put on that smile though and pretend everything okay on the days where all you want to do is just sit in bed instead of take care of your responsibilities. but when you forgive yourself for those actions you can learn to love yourself just a little each day. watch what you say to yourself. don't beat yourself up for every mistake you make. you are human. no one is perfect. we know this yet strive to be perfect simply because everyone else seems to be doing better than you are inside. don't let your anxiety keep you from not only getting better but also admitting your mistakes and moving on.
I also get it. family situations are among the most stressful things. home is the place you want to come to after a long stressful day of work and just relax, but when the home is tense that makes all other aspects of life tense too. I think once your home life stress improves, your work stress will improve too. if there is anything you can do to improve the home life for your family, do it. weather its marriage problems, or issues regarding your kids (if you have any) I highly recommend just talking it out. sit down the family and just talk things out. things that need improvement. no yelling. just civil conversation. when parents are stressed, kids pick up on that and typically react negatively to that. parents are also short tempered with everyone in the family when stressed, and it isn't fun for anyone. find a way to de stress, and just talk. communication is honestly the most healthy thing anyone can do for a relationship. I know how scary it is. sitting a family down is so hard. but keep in mind its for the greater good. love yourself, forgive yourself, and remember the only burden you are is to yourself by treating yourself bad. your family loves you very much. I'm sure of it. keep pushing onward. you've got this!
@emotionalPenguin4374 I am where you are. You are not alone. 💗
@emotionalPenguin4374
You have you and you is more than enough.
Take good care of you. Treat yourself nicely. Reward yourself allow her to make mistake. Cry for 5 min then pull yourself back together. You is the only one that will always be there for you
