Grieving the loss of a cute birdie.
So, I found a small birdie almost a week back. He was lying on the ground outside and then my dog Kuko took him in. We took it safely from him but he was injured. I tried my best to save him but lost him last night. I'll miss him so much. I wanted to see him grow up.
Whenever I fed him, he looked at me as if I was him mom. Yesterday when he couldn't keep his eyes open for longer, I felt hurt. He didn't go when he was in my hands. My mom said that he chose to take his last breath when I kept him because he didn't want to hurt me. I kissed his forehead everyday and I used to check on him all the day. He was a good birdie and deserved to survive longer. I know he tried his best to. 💛
Yesterday, I prayed for him and also said that I wish I get to see him his next birth.
He slept so peacefully that I don't think he was sad when he was going away.
I hope he felt loved and cared for. I could see it in his eyes but I really hope at least he didn't feel alone and could survive for almost a week. I hope I made him believe that the world isn't that cruel and he was loved. 🌸❤️🎈
Here's to the little birdie I loved a lot! Rest in Peace. 🤍
