I quit my computer science degree 5 months ago and now I don't speak, walk .
this is my usual schedule.
I awake around 9 or 10 ,then I brush ,took my phone start playing with it mother give me food I eat it still using my phone keep playing with it got tea at evening still using it ,then dinner still using it and keep praying with it until I sleep.
I am afraid of my life,I don't know what to do .

Don't be sorry. You sound like you're dealing with a lot of depression. The problem isn't really you, it's just really hard to come out of stuff like that, hard to make your own way, hard to live a lifestyle where you aren't just pretending to be happy.
But that lifestyle should and does exist for you. Reaching out right now is the right thing to do. I spend lots of time on my phone too, but I switch from thing to thing. I'm learning multiple languages on Duolingo, I'm writing a horror story that takes place in a casino, and I do a bit of working out in between. I'm not telling you to do those things, but sometimes it's more productive to have a lot of little projects so that you can make little steps and still make a lot of progress. That progress serves as a distraction.
Actually, I'm not pretending to have an answer at all, but I hope between the support and suggestion that there's something here that resonates with you.
