Hi Bassie, the amount of hours that you are able to give to the site and support members is up to you. It's not required to be on here 24 hours a day. Any amount of time you give to the site will be appreciated!

As the role is Volunteer Listener, there are no time requirements. The amount of time you give is always up to you. When you take a chat, you want to have at least 30 minutes to chat. I tend to stay in a chat for 60 minutes at the most. I recommend connecting with a mentor during your journey.
