How stupid I am.
I am feeling like I’m the worst.
I can’t meet my parents’ expectations.
They expect so much from me, they think I must be studying properly in the hostel.
But I get distracted and I don’t study at all.
My syllabus is still incomplete.
I don’t go to school because I feel so much toxicity there that it makes me feel like harming myself.
I don’t have any friends in this city.
All I do is study—
but even that, I study very little.
I stay on 7cups.
That’s my life:
study, 7cups, eating, sleeping.
Yesterday was my physics paper.
I scored only 2 marks.
Today was my English exam.
I had prepared, and I was studying maths till late night.
Then I slept… but I didn’t wake up in the morning.
When I opened my eyes it was 7.
I slept again.
And when I finally woke up, it was 9:50.
My paper was at 9 AM.
See how stupid I am?
I missed my English paper too.
I feel so useless.
I keep losing people in my life.
I am not honest and I am disloyal.
I hate myself right now.
Alhamdulillah, I have every blessing…
Yet I still feel like this.
I just want to go home.

None of this still makes you useless.
Or defines you.
You need to stop being your own worst critic and putting so much pressure and negativity on yourself .
It's important to find a better studying routine 🥰

You are not stupid. No one is. Intelligence is acquired. We learn. You will too. Grow at your own pace. And look at holistic learning - academics is one thing but there is also personal growth happening in your life.
I didn't enjoy school either - precisely because of the same reason: the social side of it! You will have to develop social skills to keep boundaries, mix diplomatically - everything to ensure staying away from drama, so you can channelise your energy towards your studies.

@rationalPine898
What social skills?
If you mean talking, going school, socialising , being open to everyone
Thats not gonna happen dude.
Mix in with people in a way they dont affect your energy negatively
@rationalPine898 your not stupid i feel the same way
Yeahh then we both are stupid.
@rationalPine898
It takes bravery to share your true feelings.
It sounds like you are overwhelmed and being hard on yourself.
We all struggle at times, but that does not mean we will not see better days.
No matter what your parents say, be proud of yourself for pushing through despite self-doubt.
It's okay not to meet other people's expectations. You are worthy no matter what!
