How to delete duplicate post?

I accidentally made a post twice believing I could delete the first unformatted post, but now find that there are two posts effectively saying the same thing that I cannot delete?

@pioneeringCherry404 You can flag your own posts. When you flag there's a list of options to choose from, pick other and you can write in asking it to be deleted or you can also request an edit. I can look through your threads now!
You can also email forum@7cups.com if you have a forum related question, although it may take a bit longer to get a response compared to the flags.
