It was a little scary… I was really weak in my legs, and shaky, and I could hardly walk. :(

@jesusredeemedme2425 (Offers safe hugs) I'm sorry you had a panic attack last night. They can be really scary. There's some things that can help (not always) though.

Remind yourself that you're safe. You can make Cue cards. Sometimes the panic can make it so you can't think straight. Cue cards can help you remember things that might help.

Visualize a safe space. Maybe you went to the beach at some point and it was such a calm and relaxing place. Close your eyes and imagine being there now.
Certain essential oils can help bring calmness. Lavender, Frankincense and bergamot can help.

Sending you love and hugs, they can be so overwhelming and hard to deal with in the moment, it's important as hard as it seems, to count your breaths slowly until they become ower and more regular, sit down, visual a safe place and focus on something concrete and let your mind know when it passes, I'm ok, it was scary but im ok and safe to allow your mind tools to cope the next time should one happen 💜🥰

I've just seen this Kiara; I'm hoping you're feeling better by the time you read this. While they don't last long, panic attacks can feel very frightening and debilitating. I see that other people have already responded to you with some very valid, supportive suggestions, but as I had just responded to someone else on this same theme, I've linked to the self help guide here, as it's very useful and informative.
