I Need Love
I’m having a REALLY hard night. So exhausted, mentally and physically. So tired. So many things out of my control. My diet sucks, my sleep sucks, my body hurts, my mind and heart are both broken, I suffer every day. Nothing is working.
I need love, distraction, hugs, something to make me laugh, something to make me think, something to inspire me, something to help me persevere and fight the depression and work toward goals and everything else I need rn.
You know the drill. Just… Write something. Idc what it is… I just need love. And people around me. Cheerleaders and friends… Please.

The right answer is always, always: get busy.
Don’t give in to your comfort zone. Whenever you have too much free time on your hands, negative thoughts start creeping in. They make you feel like you’re not good enough, and you slowly lose yourself in a place where you have no control over your day or what you’re doing with your time.
So always, always get busy.
Whenever you have a purpose, a routine, and something to wake up for, everything starts falling back into place. You’ll find yourself committing to a healthier diet. Your sleep will improve. Your days will become more organized, and you’ll start feeling like yourself again.
So this is my advice to you, from someone who has been there: please, get busy.
Find a job. Find a hobby. Start a project. Commit to something that gets you up early in the morning. When you start your day productively, the rest of your day naturally becomes more organized.
Give yourself something to look forward to, something that gives your day purpose. You’ll be surprised by how much better everything starts to feel again.
