I don't know what to do
I'd love to be able to speak with a listener but my parents are constantly checking what im doing and making me get off any kind of screen (while their noses are in their phones) so I'm stuck either just not trying to find one or wasting listeners' time jumping on and off because I'm scared I'll get yelled at
What do I do if I still want to maybe access that resource?

I have found a listener here whom i write about what i would like to get a perspective on and they answer in their own time .... sometimes same day sometimes not ..... but it works for me ... they give good suggestions and perspective on what i am thinking ...
It would be a quick check see a chat notice and answer when you have a moment not being there to go back and forth

you can ask in first message to listener to see if it will work for them to do it like i described
