I hate myself, deservedly

@ConureConnor I’m sure u don’t make everyone’s life worse, some of it is probably just in your head yknow? I have low self esteem so I get that sometimes you feel this way. 

I don’t usually reply to anyone on my posts, but I just wanted to say thank you to everyone that has left a reply here. I have read and genuinely appreciate all of them. Just a small update: I’ve finally brought up my issue of self-hatred with my therapist, so I am now actively trying to work on it. Again, thank y’all for your input and kind words.
