I just want to feel accepted somewhere anywhere
I've never had a family or a chance to communicate and make friends till I was rescued when I was 18 years old. My communication skills are very limited. I'm not good with conversation and understanding things. So I found humour. I find people always need a little humour to help feel better about themselves. But I'm not sure if people actually know who I am or if anyone likes me. I've given up on the need to feel loved it cared for. But being accepted would be nice. I don't leave the care home where I live because I don't look normal and I don't want to get hurt. I'm not sure what I'm saying. I just want to know that maybe someone, never mind

Ding dong whisper. I know it sucks when you get an impression that you don't fit in . I am not good in carrying out conversations either. I am not accepting you without know who you are. But I definitely believe that nothing I accept about myself can be used against me to diminish me. Oh well the most terrifying thing is to accept oneself completely in the first place. But all of us can try. I do that . I look at my drawbacks too. Okay I officially stare at it usually. But it is not worth the while to let our imperfections disturb us always.

You're accepted here Whisp. I know it's not the same as having people in real life but getting to know people here has been a life saver for me. I totally understand not wanting to get hurt and while I can't guarantee or promise it won't happen here. It's at least alittle safer

Hi Tiny... I accept you. You're a beautiful person. I was also in a wheelchair and not able to walk until I was 28. Lots of issues. It's nice to meet you.
@jda3902907 my spine is broken so they had to amputate my legs. I won't ever walk again. But I'm glad you got better ❤ and you know what it's like to be in a wheelchair.. So we can have wheelchair races oneday 😁
