If you feel pathetic I think you may be suffering from some physical exaution. Try working out trust me
@Corrie38 I do, I was at the gym earlier.
Then you've hit muscle fatigue at the gym. Try working out a shorter time then you'll leave the gym feeling powerful and strong. Try it once as in the longrun this isn't advisable
I don't know if I should say this but
we are all human who makes mistakes
once someone becomes self reflective and comes to the right path
It's not a failure but success
Sure it hurts but at least get to know the world and yourself better
