I'm lonely, just putting some of my almost endless thoughts here.

They say love is wanting to hold hands, growing old together, or wanting to see someone at least daily.
To me, love, true love is wanting the best for the person.
It's being worried about them when they are in crisis, being hurt by their pain, and happy by their success.
It's about genuinely wanting someone without absolutely caring a bit about how they look.
It's about feeling care towards them without wanting any money etc in return.
It's about not leaving their side in though times.
It's about not wanting to lose them at all
I witnessed true love, mostly in siblings.
Like When a person was in a crisis & their partner leaved them, but their brother stayed with them.
That is pure love.
I'm frustrated of people just getting married just to have kids or earning money.
Tried of so many couples living with each other while hating one another with their guts, but not being able to break up out of different reasons.
You sound like you are soul searching. I'm glad you shared this. I believe there are 30 definitions to the word love❤️🩷🧡💛💚💙🩵💜🤎🖤 you have learned many forms of love. Bless you!
You make good points. I think love is about being selfless, being giving ... over material and superficial wants.

I am with my life partner and a lot of what you written is spot on. We have been together 42 years, married for 32 of them. With a lot more ahead of us 💞💖🤗
