I'm scared
I woke up scared, again. I've been waking up that way every day since I was fired. I don't have a job and I want to move away since my neighbor is harassing me. This stupid apartment complex requires two months notice if you aren't going to renew your lease. That means I have to give them notice on March 12th. I want to have a job by then. I am so scared. My life is a mess and I seem to keep getting in these situations, over and over again. Ssometimes it is definitely not my fault. Other times, it has to be my fault because it keeps happening to me. I am alone in this world with no one to help me. That must be my fault, too, because i keep meeting bad people. Please pray for me. I need all the help I can get.

I am so sorry, I hope things get better.My best advice is to persevere through the hardness. Things may be difficult but they will always turn up eventually, always. Maybe try doing some self-reflection or keep a diary entry to be more aware of why bad things may be happening to you. I will keep you in my prayers.

Thank you, Kitten. I did have a reflective talk with myself today. I volunteer at a library and have a long drive to get there. I usually pray on my way and have honest conversations with god. I think I am making some bad decisions because my ego may be too big. I have to try to catch myself when I am making decisions that basically fly in the face of caution.
I journal, too. Thank you for the advice and prayers. Love and blessings, tree
@purpleTree4652 I'm sorry to hear it's been such a struggle lately. Sending you best wishes ♡ฅ ^ • ﻌ • ^ ฅ♡ I hope things will start to look up soon

Hello, would you like to be my listener? For some reason I cannot message you. Take care. <3
@purpleTree4652 I'm sorry to hear that you are going through such a difficult time. It's completely understandable to feel scared and overwhelmed, especially when you are dealing with multiple challenging situations at once. It's important to remember that you are not alone, and there are people who can help you. One step you could take is to reach out to local resources such as job centers or career services to help you find employment. There may also be organizations in your area that can offer support for those experiencing harassment or other difficulties.

Thanks, pd. I have contacted a job service center. I didn't hear back from them, so I'm going to contact them again tomorrow. I'm not really sure who to ask for support about being harassed. I'll have to do a search on google and see what comes up. Thanks for the advice.

Nice advices, but they make me sad because where I live there aren't any services like this. I'm on my own, terrified. But your first few lines were comforting for me. Take care.
@seashell145
How far away is the nearest big city? I'm trying to think of ways I can help.
@purpleTree4652
Wow you are such a kind soul dear Tree! In my country there aren't job services because jobs are scares here I guess. Besides I am trying to get into a university, trying to study abroad. You know what, I have given up on seeking help from people, but this time I will try again. They're all online but I will still try. Thank you for caring Tree, because of that I feel inspired to try to reach out to people! Much love <3

I pray things start to get better for you. I came to this site with a fear in my heart of losing my job which paralyzes me from taking the actions I need to - to keep my job in the 1st place. I keep thinking how will I take care of my family if I lose my job. When I read your conversation with someone above about 1 step at a time, it calmed me. I went and cooked some food which I had been procrastinating about for a while. After cooking and eating I felt motivated to then solve one small problem (I'm a software developer and was dealing with a tough issue). It's past 11 pm here and I had the motivation to make just one small thing better - and it made it easier to do one more thing. It's really about 1 step at a time.... I criticize myself a lot and am quite neoteric - so I know I may slip back, but I will try to remember one step at a time - is all we can do and perhaps all that actually works.
Sorry I just kept talking about myself. But the point is: I felt better and made some tangible improvement in my life situation just following advice on this post about 1 step at a time...If I can do it - you can too. If small things count: a walk, cook something, clean. apply 1 job online, polish your resume anything really.
@calmblue44
Thanks for the prayers, Blue. I think you're right about taking one small step at a time. Today, I made 4 calls that I had been dreading. None of them turned out bad and it made me feel so much better.
Strangely, my paralyzing fear comes in the morning. In the evening, I am better, usually.
I'm proud of you for shaking yourself out of the paralyzing feelings, too. Thank you for the reminder that I just need the motivation to do one small thing, and that will usually make me feel better enough to go on.

awesome! I'm so happy to hear you made those calls and did one small step. If you ever feel like chatting please DM me. You sound like really empathic person. I don't know if you have the same problem as me - if you are your own worst critic/harsh with yourself, but I honestly want to say you are a nice and empathic person - from your reply to my post and even messages I read above_ I was thinking you lost your job and going through tough time (which can be challenging for anyone) but you still have time to want to offer advice/help to others....be kind to yourself and yes let's both keep taking one step at a time - let's make it our new moto haha!
@purpleTree4652 My sincere prayers for you, I hope you will get a job in the future that you like and that suits you. I hope everything goes well when you move to a new place. You will be the new creation.
