Is this common or normal?

Hi everyone.

I’ll describe something I went through⬇️ and if you know anything about it or went through a similar situation, please tell me.

So I’ve been struggling with mental illness since a young age, and the symptoms have gotten more severe over the years. Especially, in the last four years. I have been diagnosed with depression, OCD, GAD, BPD, Personality Disorder cluster (b), and bipolar (I don’t agree with most of them) and sought treatment like therapy sessions and different medication, but none was helpful. Anyway, approximately 6 months ago I had a sudden change in my mental symptoms and problems ( I wasn’t under any medication or going to therapy). By that, I mean out of nowhere and in the blink of an eye everything in me had changed. Almost all of my symptoms have gone except OCD and anxiety, but they also have decreased and improved so much. It’s like I am a different person. I was struggling with self-esteem, but now I value myself so much that some people perceive me as cocky and narcissistic. My depression and mood swings that were very severe and led me to try to unalive myself multiple times. They became nonexistent. In addition, nothing can negatively affect me in an emotional way, as if I am detached from feeling any emotion from anything. To add on, this change has improved the quality of my life, and it’s been very positive.

On the other hand, some problems I had ln paying attention, concentration, forgetfulness, and communication skills have increased greatly. For instance, I used to forget stuff and a lot of things all the time, but now it reached the point where I started forgetting words and names, causing me problems with language and talking.

Does this sudden change happen to people where their symptoms or problems suddenly disappear?

Is there an explanation for it?

@chem1

Soooooo people consistently throughout history have been shown to do such things as dying from end-stage cancer in a coma to full on wide awake. This actually happened some years ago to a woman named Anita Moorjani. After waking up, her cancer was totally gone five weeks later. Most doctors don't understand it. They just label such things with 'spontaneous remission'.

A woman who wore glasses and contacts her whole life was working with the little blue book by Louise Hay for her vision problems. She found suddenly the next day her contacts were bothering her. She took them out and found she could see clearly. This scared the bjesus out of her and she began repeating to herself over and over "I don't believe it. I just don't believe it". Until she thought and believed herself back into her issue.

I myself worked with the updated version of this book. Using it I went off medication from basically the same things you were diagnosed for, only this was about a decade ago. Doctors told me I'd be on it for the rest of my life. Well, it's been a decade. No meds. I'm still here. Doing good. Explain that.

One might wonder where such stories about healing as from the bible came from that were written 2000 years ago. Well looking back they might see the roots of it all tied into such writings and teachings as those in the Bhagavad-Gita, astrology and mathematics.

I'm not talking about your Sunday newspaper horoscope and grade school times tables. I'm talking about what makes life life. I'm talking about 3000 years of observation and calculations and healing done and our planets tracked and known about without any telescopes or satellites or calculators or computers. Without any of the technology we have today.

Louise Hay who became a metaphysical counselor, teacher, best selling author and speaker, and who started a successful publishing company that's still going strong today (Hay House) compiled the first ever guide of all the different ways thoughts and beliefs effect which parts of the body. 'The little blue book'. This turned eventually into the book "You Can Heal Your Life" with a workbook of the same name, and a follow up book called "The Power is Within You". Oh, she also healed her cancer without surgery or radiation.

When someone disagrees with their diagnosis or condition, they're no longer vibrating at the same frequency as the illness. It becomes a contraindication. So the illness simply no longer has a real capacity to thrive in that environment. It sucks the atmosphere required for that condition to thrive out.

There's cameras of course now that can photograph a person's aura and energy to discover visually where in the body the issues are coming from, but before then it was up to healers and shamans to tune into and read such things, usually women. Men and women finding a way to work and lead together in balanced and symbiotic matriarchy and patriarchy is important moving forward.

Anyway as for the other symptoms, I think because the brain uses about 20% of the total amount of energy in the body, it's perhaps temporarily turned off some of the more 'unnecessary functions' in order to either:

A) funnel that energy to the places that need to heal

B) protect the weaker or damaged parts of the brain or body

C) recalibrate and update itself

When a young girl had half her brain taken out in an emergency surgery, her brain adapted and recovered full use of the functions of the removed half. And mind and body and brain are all connected. Although western culture claims otherwise, it is the only culture that does...eastern and indigenous cultures know this.

As for the :cocky arrogance' that can come with such things...Louise Hay actually explains it. She experienced it herself. She said yes of course she felt good about herself because she was doing well...catching all "the green lights and parking places", and because she was a big deal and what she was doing was a big deal back then, but also because it was terrifying and foreign to her and she didn't want to lose whatever was happening. It was a form of protection. Compensation as she settled into her new self.

I also think information like this is sinking into the collective unconscious as well and becoming more normalized and less scary. It's like the way people stopped throwing up so rampantly in planes as they were adjusting from puttering around in cars to zooming the heck around at 400 miles per hour.

Another example is the DSMV. All its personality disorders (PDs) are recently debunked by top of the top scientists with definitive findings that "PDs" are found to be trauma, not a personality defect or disorder at all. You might very well be one of the first catching the conscious wave of this finding.

They've also discovered that we're aging much slower. Ancient man used to live to about 35. Now it's about 75. And the rate at which we're aging now has recently gone down to about eight months per year as opposed to twelve months per year. Also, it's estimated to go down to six, three and with diligence even eventually stopped and reversed in this lifetime

How wild is that?

Lobster and jellyfish are just a few species that life forever. Agave produces clones of itself now instead of seeds. Magnus Carlsen has proven the human mind is capable of feats comparable to climbing Mount Everest in flip flops. Neuroplasticity proves the brain is malleable and changeable far past childhood and can actually become even more powerful than in childhood. That's just a tiny fraction of what's been happening. And we're learning more every day.

As author Byron Katie would say, who about 40 years ago crawled out of a ten year depression of the darkest kind and has been actively offering help to others ever since, and still to this day at around 85 years old does three daily live free sessions a week and holds a school for the work, workshops, trains facilitators, writes books and has helped people everywhere all over the world and from all walks of life, from those in high security prisons to children... I think you're onto something beautiful. Part of something beautiful.

All of what you said sounds convincing and explains a lot!

For the personality disorders found to be trauma. It might be a reason for the symptoms to be gone. Because at the time I was pretty much over the trauma and I overcame it where it has no effect or meaning anymore.

This was very insightful and educational. Very interesting to read.

THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR SHARING THESE INFORMATION. AND THANK YOU FOR YOUR ENCOURAGING WORDS.🤍
