It seems like no listners are available

You can browse listeners and see who’s online. That way they r more likely to accept in the moment.

Hello Just, sorry you've been having this difficulty in connecting. Our "Listeners" operate in all parts of the world but we are all volunteers who often are dealing with life just like anyone else. Nevertheless, we do "try" and be available at any given time. As TheStars said, the best way is to use the browse listeners (tab on the right side of the screen) and see who is available.

Online listeners have a green circle at the bottom right of their avatar, if the button is yellow it means they are busy in another chat or training, and if the button is red it means they are offline.

Tapping on the image panel of an online "Listener" should get you straight through to that "Listener". most, if not all, "Listeners" have a country flag at the bottom left of their avatar there as well so you can choose a Listener" who is in your country or timezone, that might make it easier as well.

Unfortunately I do find listeners will have their status as online when they aren't free to take chats. Especially newbies. You can try only verified listeners or by reaching out to listeners who have had a lot of previous chats (sorting by # chsts is a filter option).

If you're ok being connected to any listener the general queue is often a short wait.
