I want to be sad peacefully
I just want to be sad peacefully. I want to remove the happy mask I'm wearing. I want to wipe out all the fake smiles and laughs i put on for surviving. I just want to be sad. I just don't want to act. I want to feel like me. I don't want to feel fake. I just want to cry when i want to, scream when i want to, hide when i want to and fall when i want to. I am tired of keeping a brave face while i know i am all broken inside. I am tired of answering I'm fine to everyone asking me how i am. I am not fine. I wasn't fine for the past few years and i wont. I just hate my life, can you take the pain away from me? I just want to tell someone and cry about my life. I want someone to hear me and look at me like I am not fine. I want someone to tell me that you're suffering and it wouldn't go away soon. I just want to be sad peacefully

I feel this. It is a nice message to see. "Be sad peacefully".
I think, amusingly, it is easier done in some countries then others. In some places, having a RBF is the norm, and people don't bother you. In others, you are required to smile all the time. And in some, it is hard not to smile :)
I resonate with this, that's why most the time I'll just say exactly what I'm thinking. No filter. And normally the no filter is not filled with profanity or vulgar language. Just hard truth. Most people will take it by surprise, but other than that what else are they going to do. I feel depressed and overwhelm almost 90% of the time because of my conditions at home, never feeling listening to, never having peaceful mornings or nights, feeling sicker overall.
Because I say what's on my mind, I feel like A weight is lifted. It is much easier to let out our thoughts. No matter how insignificant they may feel or if you may feel like no one is really listening.
@loyalBlueberry7653 it's okay to cry it's okay to let it all out. We all feel sad eventually, I'm sorry you're feeling this way...just let go of all the sadness now.. no need to hide the pain...If I could I will give you a hug right now

Hii there🥺🥺 I almost cry read about this🥺🥺 hey it's okay to be not okay remember that🥺🥺 you can be sad peacefully. You want someone to tell you that you are struggling because it's the truth🥺🥺 it's okay to be sad, your emotions, feelings are valid. Life isn't easy it's okay to complaint. When we are sad we don't want to hear positive things at all and that's okay❤❤ you'll understand that one day❤❤ you're so strong. I'm so proud of you can open up about this also feel what you feel 🥺🥺❤❤ you're amazing!!😭😭❤❤ I'm really proud of you😭😭❤❤ keep going❤❤❤❤❤❤
Its good that u actively want to take off that mask. It is okay to feel sad. We all have our seasons. You don't have to put up a mask because it only hurts yourself. When u do take it down and be vulnerable, u can also get closer to people. I wish you the best❤❤
The only amount of comfort I can offer is I understand. I’m trying to switch my perspective from happy is the goal to acceptance and peace is the goal.
We’re always going to have negative emotions. They’re never going away so this toxic positivity thing that a lot of people have going on now days is not my thing.
Thats why I’m a homebody. I can be myself and feel everything and let it pass without judgement.
I hope you can find a safe place too.
I do understand you. It is not 'allowed' to show how sad you are. Seeing people getting frustrated adds more drama and pressure. No sad looking face, no sorrow showing art work, not even delaying in actions. I believe we need to learn to make space for every emotion. Not right a way panicking when someone doesn't seem okay. Starting from ourselves normalising to feel whatever we need to. Not allowing us to feel or others, that's even more sad.

Hey, honestly, I feel you. I often feel the same thing, it's like I've been faking all my happy emotions to the point where I don't even know my true self anymore. I get you, I really do. But sometimes, by being sad alone, you're trapping you inside your own bubble and emotions, and it is going to be really hard to get out of this. I know sometimes, the mood is just to be in our little bubble, but to a point, it's not healthy. Listen to some music, talk to someone, share your emotions, and you'll be better.
This is exactly where I am currently. I know people mean well when they tell me it's going to be okay and that time fixes everything but honestly I don't want to hear it. I don't feel better I don't feel okay and pretending to do so is exhausting daily. I just want to be sad and not be looked at like a burden for doing so. I put on a brave/happy face for my kids and that will never change but everything else is getting to be too much. Sad in peace sounds amazing.
