Not really sure how to like handle this but I walked in on my almost 14 year old daughter watching adult content of bbc

While she was at school I looked through the history on her iPad and the videos mostly all focus on titles of bbc and I just don't know how to handle this

I would say it is important to talk to a child about what she has accessed and if possible through parental controls to find a way to block that sort of content.
it will be uncomfortable but better then not addressing this.
