Pets & their uniqueness

Here are my pets. The white one is named Tater Tot and the gray one is Sneakers. They both have their different and amazing personalities. Sneakers is the adventurous one. She sneaks behind the piano and onto the kitchen counter. Tater Tot is besties with our dog and likes to hop on his back. Sometimes they will do laps around the house and do this cute half jump and spin thing.

I don't know. These are my pets and I really like them.

@BenittaJ - I raise pet chickens and ducks, I also keep a couple cats and a dog. My birds are unique in a sense that they're so tame and friendly, as for my cats and dog they somehow just know when to comfort me when I'm having a bad day.

I have 2 dogs. One is specifically for anxiety and depression. He provides comfort to me when I am feeling anxious or very down. He seems to know when I need a hug.

He is a 100lb labradoodle, five years old, who was supposed to be trained to be my mobility dog. Bit when covid hit, we had to suspend training, so he didn't get to finish. He was stuck inside with me for many months, along with my diabetic-alert dog. He learned my moods and needs.

I don't know what I would do without him

@BenittaJ The innocence of a pet... it can be so therapeutic sometimes and it can remind you that there's still love in this world. I had a guinea pig... When she passed my heart broke. I know she's in heaven now. She was the most unique thing ever because of the way she was demanding food and getting upset everytime we didn't feed her the remains of vegetables... She was still the cutest. She would go and chew the bars to make noise for us to feed her. Smart, with a strong personality, yet cute. Ironically we were similar. I still love her and I know she's resting well. Thank you for the post, it brought so many nostalgic memories to me.

I have two awesome cats. One is Milo, he is older and so laid back, gentle and patient. My other cat is still a kitten. He is Ricky. Ricky is unique in that he actually fetches like a dog. He just recently started doing this. He brings me a cat toy or an old towel, then I throw it and he brings it back to me. It is super adorable. When I come out of the shower, a cat toy will be laying by the tub and Ricky will be watching me, waiting for me to throw it. Milo and Ricky give me a lot of joy and love, as well as comfort and friendship.
