Of course it's normal. Even if your family is homophobic, that doesn't mean being bi/gay is wrong. If anything, it shows your courage and acceptance, growing up in a family like that and still being open about your sexuality.
Yes it is completely normal. Sexuality isn't something a person can control, no matter the kind of family you are born in.
You can't help who you are into and what gender you like, because if you compress who you like than that's going to ruin you trust me.
