@Winter12 I'm sorry you're feeling this way 🙁 what sometimes helps me is writing down my thoughts, venting and listening to guided sleep meditations.
Be gentle with yourself ❤️ You're not alone in this, and you truly matter 💖 I'm sending you lots of love and *Big hugs* 🐾💕
@fossilfellow
thank you so much for replying 🖤
those things used to help me too...but right now I feel guilty taking the time to do that for myself
sending hugs 🫂
@Winters12 ❤️❤️
I'm listening here on the program, I appreciate your input, Adwakon, and I'm close to you.
Enjoying time with something that I love to do
@Winters12. Not to push anything spiritual but what helped me was I absorbed myself in worship songs and I spent a week watching sermons from a church I used to go. And it took away the heaviness that I dealt with for over a year
venting might help... if you need someone to talk to, I'm here to listen)
It's difficult to do so, but what we can do is put a leg on the brakes for a while, like sitting alone doing nothing, and trying to think of nothing. Music can help, positive one, and just talking to someone you can always rely on helps
Sometimes no matter what I do the heaviness stays but usually, tackling problems one at a time helps and completing my daily goals.
At least I know, today has been productive and I've faced what I could and the rest can wait.
I go with whatever mood I'm in and try my best to purge out the bad feelings where possible, it's life, it's ongoing... You can only do you best..
@ScrabbleBrain
Yeah i get what you mean... today it hit as soon as I woke up. Managed to get things done, but it still remains.
Thank you so much for replying 🤍
@Winters12 No worries, keep going if you can and break up the day with something fun, even if it's a chocolatey or sugary snack/drink, whatever your preference is :)
@Winters12 I ask myself this question every day, and I still haven't found the answer myself. For me, though, I listen to what my body needs/ wants, mentally and emotionally, even if I have no idea what it is that I need in that moment or day, depending on how I feel
