Have you been attacked by abusive or toxic, manipulative, slandering or gossiping people who twist situations around and do everything to avoid any responsibility for their actions?

You're not alone. Many people even on here are being attacked by toxic, abusive people. You're not alone.

Also, sometimes those who should care, don't. This is unfortunately common.

Furthermore, build your resources, keep up with self care and learn from the suggestions guide and resources below.

In conclusion, it's bad. Do all you can to ensure it doesn't go from bad to worse, as consistently as possible. If you're reading this, you're still here... there's still hope.

🌹

GUIDE

  1. Setting Boundaries. People get one chance only. They prove who they are. Trust that. Tread cautiously. Find and spent time around positive people, not fakes or dangerous people.
  2. Educating yourself on abuse. Knowledge is power. Keep the power in your heart and hearth. Study and learn enough to stay sane and safe. Share or write down and cherish what you learn. Know yourself.
  3. Reaching out to a therapist. Keep reaching if you don't like who you find and it doesn't work out. See #1 and #2.
  4. Telling loved ones what's happening. Let people who care and who you can trust know what happened. Many hands make light work. See #1 and #2.
  5. Discreetly documenting everything that's happened. Learn how to take a screenshot and to save it. Practice makes perfect. Find out who to contact and how to complain or ask for change. See #1 and #2.
  6. Creating an exit plan. Visualize/practice scenarios and prepare for them. Study all aspects of it as much as possible. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.

For visualizing the success you want in your life, ways to be your best self and more, Anna Bey could possibly help.

She has many resources videos, free and paid workshops on her website and I believe an app where you can sign up as a member and connect with other like-minded people if that's some things that you're curious and open-minded about.

Here is a video on visualizing the life you want, with a link to a workshop on creating a vision board if you want a really detailed breakdown. I think it's a paid workshop. The vision board video is free.
