Stuck
I’m stuck. I can go to work each day just fine, but that is all I can do. I do not take care of my hygiene, and I feel no motivation to even try most days. My space is disgusting, and I just have no idea where to even start trying to fix it at this point. I have no family I trust. My friends do not have time for me anymore. Everyone is just too busy, which is fair. I know I’m not owed anything from anyone, that’s just the way life is.
But I just feel so defeated and lonely. I feel like I’m not improving at all. All I do is work, and every second outside of that is just spent on my phone watching…anything, really. Because when I don’t have that constant distraction, all I can think about is everything I did wrong at work and stressing over the next time I’ll inevitably have to go in.
I don’t actually do anything with my life, but I have no idea how to start…doing really anything anymore. Don’t even really see the point now.
How do I fix this? I’m already in therapy, I go once every two weeks because it’s what I can afford. I just don’t want to be such a useless person anymore.

picture what you want to be ... start small and just do it. there is no right or wrong it where you start, just do it. put your phone down... make it the first 2 hours you get home. You are not missing anything if you are just watching random things.
Call your friends even if they are busy. Or make new ones... work is work you do what you can it is not up to you to worry over all little mistakes we might make. if it was a problem we would be corrected or asked by our supervisors. Otherwise, we could second guess all little things making the job worse scared of doing it and making a mistake. FOCUS on you and what you want your life to be.
Have you considered your friends may not hang out because of hygiene.
