I am in so much pain right now. It's cramps guys, so if you don't want to read about it, now is the time for you to realize that and click on some other link.

I have had these bad cramps all my life, since I was 11 yrs old. Some times they are worse than others and now is that time. And when I had insurance doctors wouldn't give me anything for the pain. When I was younger, doctors were still giving out pain medication. I took it only when the pain was so bad i couldn't take it anymore. And then the meds knocked me out when the pain stopped. I always went to sleep. Now I don't have insurance. My psychiatric nurse practitioners won't give me anything for the pain, either. I am supposed to meet my new psychiatric nurse practitioner soon, since I moved. I'll ask that person if they'll prescribe something.

Ibuprofen helps when the cramps aren't bad. But on days like today, the only thing I can do to stop the pain crunch my thighs into my abdomen. That helps. But where can I do that. The only time I can do that is if I am at home, like now.

I can't wait til I can have health insurance from a job so I can see doctors about this. I've got so many health problems that I need to see specialists about, and i can't afford it.

Thanks for listening. Take care.

@purpleTree4652 hi I was wondering if you have heard of or looked at endometriosis it might be a good idea to research it and bring it up to one of your doctors. Can't say for sure if it is but anything helps I guess
