Thanking myself for not taking my life.( Trigger warning)
2 years ago i was so depressed and lost. I was so worried about my future about my career, about my family, about my relationships. I was so sad at that time that i can't see any way and i was very sad at that time with my situation. ( I don't know why i was so serious about myself at time). At that time i did tried to do suicide but unfortunately i cant do it because i was also worried about my family. Then i started to take a break from education and i started to change myself and help myself. I started asking help and i share this incident to my best friend who helped me at that time.
i changed a lot in those past two years. i am much more happy now. I am much more healthy and have a very good friends and social circle. my relationships with my family is also very good now. And i am so happy now with all my progress.
After that time i started to help myself and i choose to live. I did everything I needed to do to help me with my depression and those thoughts. In my journey there are so many things and people who helped to heal myself.
Most of them help me because i choose to live and i choose to help myself. I was a spiritual person from my childhood And spirituality helps me a lot to heal my soul, to connect with me again , to connect me with God ( i am not recommending anyone to follow spirituality, you should do what your heart truly says to you ). I meet many good peoples and many good experiences then i started to go gym which helps me a lot to improve my mental health and physical health (And one thing i noticed after that was that my more than 50 percent of problems of depression is solved just by starting to live a healthy life)
I do sometime feel that i am not where i wanted to be but then i remember where i was and where i am now. I am thanking all the people, things for helping me. And i am also thanking myself for not giving up on me.
May this help those in need.

Ah I am crying! (': *offers hugs*
Thank*you* for holding strong, thank*you* for standing up for yourself when you were at your lowest, this right here was the absolute worst that could happen and you survived it, you freaking did and you are here now, talking about it (this is such a brave thing to do), thanking yourself for holding onto life, hope and yourself.
You aren't where you wanted to be or still have a long way ahead, but you've made it then and you'll make it now. Only way upwards and forwards. Sending lots of love your way and more to the people who stood by when you needed most! I am sooo happy you are here and hope things continue to look, feel and get better for youu. 💛
