Therapist
I've been turned down from over 50 therapists now because they don't accept my insurance or because they need me to come in for a visit (I can't I have agoraphobia) so I think I'll just give up on it for now. Maybe in 5 years things will be different, or it'll be too late for help anymore.
@genericbeing Please don't give up! I know it may feel discouraging now, but please keep trying. Have you tried googling the name of your insurance and providers who do virtual appointments? I'm sure you have already but keep making those calls. Keep trying. There's got to be someplace who accepts your insurance. And if not, if it's mental health related, see if there is a place that you can do therapy for free. Have you tried calling your insurance and asking them if they can help you find providers that accept the insurance you have? There has to be something. Please just keep trying. ❤️
@YourCaringConfidant I tried calling my insurance and seeing if they'll let me do therapy on 7 cups and someone said they'd include it. But when I tried to sign up on 7 cups, they said they don't take it. SO I called my insurance back and they said the first guy didn't know what he was talking about and did nothing when he said he was extending my insurance to work with 7 cups. So he lied?

You have shown by coming here, to this wonderful community, that you don’t want to give up. The people in this community are amazing people, they do care about you and are accepting of you with open arms, open hearts and open minds.
Just keep in mind that they are here trying to deal with their own struggles as well and they come here when they can outside of their personal lives , so please be a little patient if waiting for a response.
It may take some time and a little patience but you can find your place among this community. We all need to feel safe and comfortable and accepted in order to begin to trust in others to be able to begin to open up.
I hope you stick around and become a part of this wonderful community.
@Iamwhoiamwhoami I've been here about a year now, but yeah no luck with things.
