Therian/Furry *
Hi I'm a therian and furry. My parents weren't supportive when I told them when I was in 3rd grade, now I am a senior in high school. They have said if I ever acted like and animal or become a furry they'll send me to a mental hospital.
When I turn 18 I want to wear my tail around more often and maybe get a fursuit. I'm scared I won't be able to do these things if I'm still in my parents house for fear of being kicked out, shunned, or sent away for mental health help (just bc I'm a therian/furry).
Can they kick me out without being able to be financially secure and live on my own? I don't know what to do and I'm stressing out about it. I have 10 months until I turn 18!

I honestly cannot speak for your parents.
I can see your distress.
Its hard for your parents to understand why you want this or where you are coming from.
Its not something that most people have heard of or experienced.
Dont isolate yourself.
Have you other friends that are like-minded, you could talk to? 💜

@Green0verthinker7 just dress as an animal and live on the street like a cat you will be fine because its what you want to do. Dont let anyone tell you that you cant be an animal even though you are a human just carry on being a cat and scavenge for food etc like a real animal. Real animals dont pay rent so just sleep in trees or whatever you can find
